      <image:caption>Legacy grill manufacturer WC Bradley was facing a critical challenge: a core line of traditional gas grill products with rapidly reducing forecasts due to consumer over purchasing during the pandemic. To solve this, we partnered with them to develop, brand, and launch a new innovative offering: Current, a fully electric dual zone grill. In partnership with their R&amp;D and product teams, we built the business case, designed the offering, and identified the target audience before ultimately developing the marketing marketing elements such as brand name, visID, tagline, and creative assets. The product launched to award-winning praise at CES in 2024.</image:caption>

Slowing sales, increased competition, and an aging audience all raised the red flags for leadership around the need for change. I partnered with NAPA in leading an initiative to revitalize all aspects of the NAPA brand including creation of their first ever brand purpose, and critical updates to their brand creative elements, media and social strategy, public facing tagline, and much more.</image:caption>
